They provide the tools, resources, and support needed to succeed, and leadership genuinely invests in personal and professional growth. The culture is collaborative, and the opportunities for advancement are incredible.

Cons

With rapid growth comes constant change, which can be challenging at times. However, for those who thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy innovation, this isn’t necessarily a downside—it’s an opportunity.

Pros

Apex is a mission-based organization. The leadership team is laser-focused on serving the people that drive the business, like technicians and CSRs. The goal is to elevate and support the trades. The people who work here are incredibly smart and driven. Given the young age of the company, there are many opportunities to use your experience to make an impact and contribute to the company's growth.

Cons

This is a fast-paced environment, with frequent change. You need to be able to thrive in this type of environment.
