Immediate 401k match. Average benefits.

Cons

No consistency with goals or targets. Regular changes made hitting bonus impossible. Bought terrible companies with no path for revenue growth based in reality. Micromanage and don’t have the wisdom to listen to those with experience. Don’t understand each market is different. No work life balance. Minimum 60 hours a week and on call 24/7. No respect for the people. No actual support locally.

Alpine investors started apex service partners. The put out adds to bring in personel. The upper mamagement clearly stated and was heard talking saying we are going the **** with the staff untill they quit or are on board with our program. Clearly focused on numbers over experiemce . Clearly they need to imvestage the market they forcing their program in. Their prices are ridiculous and expect people to buy their products. They are going to fail
