Great learning environment with lots of growth. Things are messy but you get to solve lots of problems

Office is too small/loud (we've grown fast) Hybrid policy is too restrictive when our office is too small

Over one year in the role and cant wait to get up in the morning to drive to work and support the trades (love our focus) Fast paced culture with boundless opportunities to grow, as Apex promotes many of the roles from within and is constantly expanding. Management keeps their promises.

collaborative thinking and partnerships, unbelievable support from all levels, employee first mentality, exciting new adventures daily, an unbelievable and untapped resource for growth and development

Cons

being a newer company sometimes we move too fast and catch up later - not necessarily a con however, definitely challenges you to be a better leader and trainer for your team
