Great people, care a lot of taking care of teams and building great cultures. Ive been promoted 3 times since joining, lots of upward mobility with growth

Cons

Call volume challenge can hit which makes life stressful but that's an industry wide thing

Growing so fast often the different areas don’t know what is going on with each other. Ship is being built while trying to float.
