The company is loaded with high-caliber people from top to bottom and it's rare to hear anyone talk about their personal accomplishments- you'd likely only find that out if others tell you. There is a high-level of autonomy in the leadership roles. Most interactions with senior leaders are in the form of thought-sharing and best-practice advice, as opposed to strictly directives. The business practices clearly place an emphasis on improving the lives of our technicians and our clients. It's a great environment for learning and development. All levels of the company have designed training events and an entire regional team to support it. Most often, these events are held in-person and the trainers travel to the businesses to keep the burden low for technicians and site leadership. Senior/Executive leaders also support the site leaders with mentorship opportunities, which can expedite career progression.
