      Pros

      Most of the jobs will be like they will hire if you get through the client round of interview and they will deploy you to the client location from day one.... Total fixed salary Less deductions Cab facility to any client location Flexible salary plan you can save a lot

      Cons

      No employee benefits No good training programs Force ful push to different technology if you are in bench. HR's are horrible you won't get a reply from them . Not only hr every one in the company is lazy to help you out ... Pathetic HRMS system Mail box is of 8mb not sufficient to save your 1yr payslip mails also.
