      Pros

      Good Learning Experience,well that depends on the projects involved but there are not many good projects.

      Cons

      Lethargic & incompetent Senior Management. No New Projects,No recognition.No benefits. Worst HR Policy,well there is no policy at all. Worst HR & Accountant Depts. One of the worst companies to work with.

      Pros

      Quality work You will learn a lot of things quickly if you want Project wise, one of the best in the industry Good experienced people are working here so a good chance to learn.

      Cons

      well!! a lot of points!! Poor compensation. Employee Benefits ZERO or I'll say it's NEGATIVE. Very Bad HR Policies.. Pathetic Managment. Colleagues: They only know politics and back stabbing.

      Good opportunity to grow if you consistently perform Flexible timing Recolonization at each step of good work Handsome pay depends on how critical is the requirement

      Not much benefits for employee except health insurance
