      Pros

      At a time when other companies were offering peanuts,Technosoft Corp got my salary on par with industry standards and i also had an hike for just being with them for 6 months.

      Cons

      No in-house projects , have to work with Clients like Dell , Target ... and in case the client sends you back then you have to hunt for a job. Client driven .

      Does not care for employee feedback,Poor compensation. No New Projects,No recognition.No benefits, Employee Benefits ZERO . Pathetic Management. Lethargic & incompetent Senior Management. No scope for improvement,
