      No actions - on any complaints which are brought to the higher management notice. Poor Management

      small growing, but not yet stable enough

      Pros

      * being small company, there are opportunities to grow. * good pay compared to usual Level 5/MNC companies, depends on how you negotiate with HR * semi flexible work environment; you can come and work any 8 hours during the day i.e. no specific time.

      Cons

      * being small and service based company, it doesn't have many large projects yet; so if you are into any small project, which gets finished in short time and you don't get another project; then, you may be asked to quit.
