Leadership is not only approachable but also deeply invested in the success and well-being of their employees. They regularly provide meaningful feedback, recognize hard work, and are always open to new ideas. The transparency and open-door policy make it easy to communicate and feel heard. Apolis offers incredible exposure to diverse projects across industries, allowing employees to constantly learn and sharpen their skills. The level of trust and autonomy given to team members is empowering and motivates you to give your best every day. Cons

Cons: Honestly, very few. Like any fast-growing company, there can be moments of adjustment, But the leadership is proactive in addressing feedback and continuously improving. If you're looking for a place where you can grow professionally while being part of a positive and forward-thinking team, Apolis is the place to be. I’m proud to have been part of this incredible journey

Apolis is a strong company operating in a very competitive environment. They operate above-board and provide employees with a clear picture of where they stand. Apolis puts a lot of emphasis on performance and reliability.

Cons

It's a solid staffing company in the US and India.

Not a good company

Pros

Food Quality is good somedays they provide snacks too(Gol Gappa and chat) If you do not cab they provide fuel expense(200rs/day) which is good They credit salary on time

Cons

Some managers are very abusive on floor, they keep eye on recruiters what they are doing and what they are saying(Spy on employee) They let people go without any notice(At least give some time to prove themselves this is not a feature of good and reputed company.

We appreciate the feedback. While we do not like to receive such negative reviews we take each one seriously and try to learn from them. It appears this former employee was with us around one year, working in our Noida, India office as a recruiter. While we do not “spy” on our employees, our managers do monitor performance, work-habits and results. Each recruiter is given objective goals at the time of hire. Each recruiter’s results are objective and number-based. A recruiter is never uncertain about their performance. If a recruiter’s work habits, performance or results need improvement, his/her manager is there to provide necessary guidance. While there is no set amount of time in which a person has to “prove themselves” new employees usually have several months to show their promise and capabilities. Apolis has an“Open-Door” policy. Our HR team is in-office and always available for a discussion if there is something uncomfortable. And our leadership is regularly available for every individual. While we are sorry that this former employee did not succeed in this role, we do wish him/her the very best in his/her next role.
