      Pros

      I am with Apolis since 7 years and I will be with Apolis. I like working for Apolis because, everyone's experience is going to be mostly impacted by their direct interaction with the management and this is definitely the case for myself. I felt that there is deep respect for one another (Employee and Management) and one can trust & rely upon another to Support. There was an extremely high degree of ownership and accountability at an individual level - a deep sense of personal commitment. I salute Mrs. Rita Shokeen for her deep interest in growth and comfort of each and every employee at Apolis. The Entire Management Team is full supportive when you need it.

      Thank you for 5 stars! In fact, our average years of service is in the 5-7 year category. We have a lot of team members who got their start with Apolis and have had a successful career working on numerous projects over time. We also have a great cadre of alumni who really appreciated their time with Apolis. Apolis is a non-hierarchical company which means that everyone has access to managers and directors. We are proud of the more family-like atmosphere at Apolis. Thank you for your 7 years of service with Apolis.
