Pros

First and most important if you are new to programming it is not easy at all but if you do you part it is so worth it. It is a very good place to start your career. They offer you free training with 1 year contract and I learned a lot during the training. They are a consulting so they will help you after the training to get a job. Instructors are very nice and it was a pleasure for me to be there during my training.

Cons

My experience here during my training was overall good! So I don't really have any cons in mind.

I have worked for this company for 5 years. The HR teams are helpful. The company (Top Executive ) never cheat their employer and keep the promise, what they promise to deliver. The best company to get Green card. The success rate is 100 %

Cons

More diversification is needed in new technology
