1yThank you for your more than 4 years of service. If a trainee completes a training program with Apolis we will typically work with the trainee to try and find them a job. If we hire him/her, their initial compensation is competitive at a trainee-level. Our compensation accelerates over time.

1yThis negative review says that for 2-3 years he/she did not get an appraisal. In fact, we provide Senior Recruiting Managers with feedback on a regular basis (not less than monthly). Every person knows whether they are meeting their targets or not. Each employee receives an annual appraisal that focuses on their overall performance.
An employee's successful growth usually depends upon their performance and overall contribution to the company.
