Thank you for your more than 4 years of service. If a trainee completes a training program with Apolis we will typically work with the trainee to try and find them a job. If we hire him/her, their initial compensation is competitive at a trainee-level. Our compensation accelerates over time.

We believe that longevity is a very positive reflection of our team members' employment experience. Clearly this reviewer must have been generally satisfied to have stayed with our company for so long. So thank you for your years of service. It is well known that the rates we offer to our consultants (i) reflect the rate offered by the client, (ii) are pre - negotiated with the consultant so that there are no false promises, and (iii) in the case of H1-b, must conform with USCIC standards. FYI, our company works with many dozens of end-clients each year.
