      Pros

      Nice pepole to work with. Have responsive folks who listens and can work with you to improve. The technical staff is also well informed and knowledgable.

      Cons

      Some benefits can be improved, additionally, they lack a bit of a sense of community. Some team activities would be nice to build professional connections.

      Good Company and great consultant support program

      Pros

      Great HR support for consultants, and they have great recruiting team, Never been out of project for more than a couple of days.

      Cons

      Doesn't have a whole lot of benefits for long term consultants.

      Quickly found me a good job

      Pros

      They found me a good job soon after signing with them, and have continuously renewed my contract at the place I'm contracted to.

      Cons

      Pay isn't very high, but that's partially expected with a company that contracts you out to other companies.
