      Worst company to work for

      Pros

      Been with this company for 3 years. There was a person who was good at negotiating and mediating pay rate between company and contractors but since he left I've been treated worst.

      Cons

      No PTO's except for starting 6 months. No pay raise after a year. Not good communication. Dont care about contractor employees. There are so many other contractor companies out there better than this.

      Its employee friendly organisation. Higher tiers are good. Cooperative staff. Its a great place to work.
