3yThanks for your feedback. Striking the right balance between "laid back" and "competitive" work environments is not easy. We want people to enjoy their work but we also want them to be successful at it. It's like achieving a good work-life balance. We don't want you to "take your work home with you" but we understand that some people are able to cut it off more easily than others. We'll keep trying.

4yWhile everyone that works for us speaks English, not everyone is from the United States. We gladly employ people from all around the world. Some have stronger accents than others. Some have stronger command of English grammar than others. But we all manage to communicate and, as a company, we thrive.
If working in a diverse company is repulsive to you or you take offense to people from foreign countries, we can only hope you get to know your co-workers better and learn to have a more open mind. It's a small world, after all.
