      Pros

      Apolis cares about their employees whether that be their success in their current position, career progression, or the feedback they have to offer to ensure the appropriate resources and support are being provided! As a current employee I have been most impressed with their focus on being inclusive, building personal relationships, and the accessibility to leadership. It has been exciting to see the innovative ways we are able to come together and collaborate to continue delivery quality results for our clients. It's a good company to work for your career growth.

      Cons

      They need to increase the number of direct clients for Oracle Consulting. It is sometimes hard to navigate due to a matrix organization structure.

      Thanks for the excellent 5-star rating and the feedback. We are constantly seeking new clients. Every year we add new clients but it is never enough. Our organization is a "flat-management structure" and there is a lot of "matrix" management. We hope that Apolis is not so large that we cannot operate cohesively as a group. A flat-matrix-management system can be difficult for someone not used to it. But we find that it makes us more nimble and focused on what's good for the company.
