      Thank you for your feedback. Apolis has a very good benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life (3x base up to 500k), disability, ERP, 401k, etc. We have found that work-life balance has been difficult for some people. While we are working from home during Covid, we encourage our team members to take care of their health, exercise, diet and to get outdoors when they feel it is safe.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Apolis does have an excellent training program for people with little experience in IT consulting. Our first year salary for recently graduated trainees is considered competitive. With a good first year's experience, consultant can experience a significant step-up in their compensation. And as they grow in their skill levels, their engagements will also expand and grow which will provide an even higher comp plan. Combined with our very rich benefits package, we believe that our compensation plan is quite attractive. This is evident from the many consultants who have stayed with us for years.
