      Never join this company and this company doesn't have direct clients(just 1 only and also no job openings in Qualcomm)

      Pros

      Pay on time when you are billing and deployed at client location (it will be done any consulting firm, not something great that RJT alone can do this)

      Cons

      1. This consulting firm, doesn't have many direct clients except Qualcomm and Sherwin Williams (so once you are done with your project, it'll be a nightmare and your career will be on a risk, if you are on H1B visa status) 2. I spoke other company HRs when was in job search and they said, RJT is in their blacklist as submitted fake resumes earlier (my suggestion is: avoid this consulting company for your better career, I suffered a lot) 3. Sales team always get fake interviews and simply to waste your time when on job search/on bench 4. If you are working on H1B/H4B, NEVER JOIN 5. Based on my experience. Forget about direct clients, prime vendors are also not believing due to earlier experience to them(If you are ready to risk your career and visa status, then join here...else a BIG AVOID to join here) 6. Last but not least(VERY IMPORTANT): when you will be on bench, no salary...so be careful.

      After reading this review we are shaking our heads in bewilderment. Apolis is growing rapidly year over year. Our H1B contingent is well over 100 persons and we value each one immensely. We have a large percentage of direct clients with a lot of opportunities. And we also work with significant MSP's, Tier 1's and Aggregators. It would seem that this writer has had a bad experience and we would like to know what actually happened. We are sorry that he/she felt this way after "more than 5 years" being with our company.

      Lot of pressure, no access to management, no visibility

      Under estimation (very gross) while bidding contacts Project management is poor & everyone need suffer Developers need to work day in day out, all weekends Not good support of HR Lack of medical insurance or good policies

      Consultants are expected to work closely with their project managers - both client-based and APOLIS-based. Also, consultants are expected to work 40 hours per week. Consultants have access to our HR Dept. as a resource to discuss any concerns they may have with their assigned engagement. APOLIS offers a very generous medical, dental, vision and life/disability benefit to employees and their families. RJT offers full benefits to its employees. Our benefits are considered top-of-the-line. Medical insurance includes an HMO, PPO and an HSA. We even offer life insurance.
