This current employee apparently completed a training program with Apolis. He/she is correct - it is a hard training program and involves a serious commitment. But as our more than 80 active former IOS trainees will confirm, it is worth the effort. The starting salary is competitive for newly trained personnel and the compensation increases appreciably after the first year of experience. We’re unclear where the writer got his information. Please refer to USCIS.gov website which reports that in 2018 Apolis had 55 approvals and 24 denials. Thus, our approval ratio was ~70%. This information is published on USCIS’ website and is available to the public. A recent report released by the National Foundation for American Policy (NFAP), indicates that the national denial rate was approx. 32% in Q1 2019 which puts Apolis right around the national average. Apolis has a fully staffed immigration department and works with several immigration attorneys to support our team members’ immigration requirements. During a tumultuous period from 2017 to date, Apolis has maintained good results. Of course, a USCIS-denial means some people are going to be disappointed. Clearly this writer is one of those who was denied. We are sorry for that.
