      Thank you for the input. Since the time of this review, APOLIS has implemented a monthly newsletter, an intranet, employee surveys and a one-on-one feedback interview for all consultants. We are eager to continue to enhance and improve our communication with our entire team.

      Not much to add as far as Pros for this company.

      Cons

      Once placed at a company you won’t get much communication from them. They don’t return phone calls. Most of the staff are foreign and don’t speak English language well.

      While everyone that works for us speaks English, not everyone is from the United States. We gladly employ people from all around the world. Some have stronger accents than others. Some have stronger command of English grammar than others. But we all manage to communicate and, as a company, we thrive. If working in a diverse company is repulsive to you or you take offense to people from foreign countries, we can only hope you get to know your co-workers better and learn to have a more open mind. It's a small world, after all.
