The ex-employee would be more constructive if he/she would describe the "cons" more substantially. We provide extensive disclosures to all those who enter our training program with the intent of being as transparent as possible. Apolis offers several highly-intensive training programs (i.e. iOS, Android, Data Engineering, Java) for candidates with exceptional technical skills and prior experience. Such training is accompanied by ongoing testing and assessments to make sure that trainees are learning and retaining their newly acquired skills. Apolis places some of these trainees with our largest clients who expect excellence during the assignment. We are not willing to hire consultants who cannot meet our clients' high expectations.

We do not require our personnel to work a minimum duration, we do not guarantee a minimum duration nor do we limit the duration an employee might work with us. Each situation is unique and depends upon performance, client preferences and the availability of new opportunities.
