      This current employee apparently completed a training program with Apolis. He/she is correct - it is a hard training program and involves a serious commitment. But as our more than 80 active former IOS trainees will confirm, it is worth the effort. The starting salary is competitive for newly trained personnel and the compensation increases appreciably after the first year of experience.       Pros

      Hands off. Easy going "managers." Leadership seems eager to be helpful, but doesn't seem to work out that way in the end.

      Cons

      Very poor HR support. Payroll is once a month. Computer interfaces for timesheet and expense reports seems like a 90's throwback. Often very slow for travel reimbursements. Company is based in India with offices in America, language barriers exist.

      Challenging, Satisfying and most rewarding job ever

      This is my dream job couldn't even imagine anything better. - Great benefits - great work environment - great salary (especially for consultants) - lots of peer support - lots of management support - lots of learning experiences and resources - opportunity for advancement - opportunities for "career experiences" in corporate roles, for technical consultants (underutilized, apparently. go for it!) - you become really good friends with your peer group, or maybe even family! - Amazing sense of belonging and community - great stepping stone to new career, if that is your choice
