      One of the great Companies to work for - Top Management/HR/Immigration team very helpful

      Pros

      The company's top management is very down to earth and helpful and easily accessible. The Marketing, HR, Accounting and Immigration teams are very helpful. The Immigration team helped in every single stage for my GC processing and I would like to thank them for that.

      Cons

      They need to increase the number of direct clients for Oracle Apps Consulting. Need to provide some sandbox or playground access for Oracle Apps consultants.

And we appreciate your constructive comments about our Oracle practice. While our Oracle business is significant, we would have to agree that we need to increase the number of clients for our Oracle practice. Our company offers a bonus-plan to employees who introduce us to new clients and consultants. We would welcome all such introductions.

      Pros

      Apolis is a great company. I worked here for 8 years. They always had a flow of good projects and worked around personal needs. No fuss leadership. Very supportive environment. Have a great legal team for immigration needs and an awesome marketing team, they work with individuals to chalk out a growth path and support them through.

      Cons

      A better PTO policy is needed more aligned to industry standards.

      Pros

      The HR and the Marketing team is very responsive and always helpful. No matter the question or concern I know I can always reach out to them and get a timely and friendly response. If you are on work visas like H-1B, the dedicated immigration team really takes care of your legal requirements and are on top of things. The marketing team does a great job at finding right projects and respect your decisions on what you want to work on. Salary and expenses are always paid on time, never had issue with that during my tenure with Apolis.

      Cons

      I have not faced any major issue that could not be resolved soon while working at Apolis.
