Pros

They do immigration service and cover for most expenses, like most other H1B dependent consulting companies Managers are usually nice, helpful and supportive Salary on or above average Pay calendar is on schedule Insurance benefits are fine Provide 401K option (but no match)

Cons

Their immigration service doesn't keep people around. In 2018, Apolis(RJT) got selected 19 cases in total, only 3 cases passed as initial approval with a success rate of 15.9%. This is the real/official number from USCIS. Not a great place if you are looking for initial H1B sponsorship. No PTO, only sick leave Financial department constantly miscalculate the sick leave hours

We’re unclear where the writer got his information. Please refer to USCIS.gov website which reports that in 2018 Apolis had 55 approvals and 24 denials. Thus, our approval ratio was ~70%. This information is published on USCIS’ website and is available to the public. A recent report released by the National Foundation for American Policy (NFAP), indicates that the national denial rate was approx. 32% in Q1 2019 which puts Apolis right around the national average. Apolis has a fully staffed immigration department and works with several immigration attorneys to support our team members’ immigration requirements. During a tumultuous period from 2017 to date, Apolis has maintained good results. Of course, a USCIS-denial means some people are going to be disappointed. Clearly this writer is one of those who was denied. We are sorry for that.
