Management was disorganized and lacked clear communication with teachers. Management reprimanded teachers for asking questions. We were frequently understaffed/out of ratio.

I signed on to teach kids a specific skill and wound up just being a glorified babysitter. I loved it, but I was hoping to pursue my own craft while teaching others.
