Thank you for your comments. We strive to provide excellent communication to our parents and staff. We have implemented new systems, including a level of middle management staff to provide more structure and support in the field. We do have high expectations for all our staff and offer competitive compensation for their efforts. In the field there are only 3 levels (educator, site director & area coordinator) within the company so advancement opportunities are available but competitive.

Management was disorganized and lacked clear communication with teachers. Management reprimanded teachers for asking questions. We were frequently understaffed/out of ratio.
