It's a company dedicated to children's betterment and care, their owners really care about the quality of the program and are hands-on in every aspect of the day-to-day. The company makes an effort to have positive relationships with their employees, focused on feedback and improvement.

Cons

Internal communications is a slow work in progress.

Pros

The coworker and site director are nice. Kids can be fun to work with and have flexibility in lesson plans. HR is really nice also and is really good to communicate with.

Cons

Whoever is applying please know that educator was paid $21-24 during 2021-2022. Looking at their website educator pay range is $16-19 now! Especially with inflation, it does not make sense to take this pay cut when they previously paid educators higher. Recess shift is not worth it and offers less pay due to the justification of "no structured activities" yet you are responsible for more than 60 students per grade. If you are understaffed for recess, you will be overworked for the same pay. Overall recess is not worth the mental health and stress.
