Pros

Flexible schedules Employee appreciation meals every month

Cons

Management needs a lot of work. The company is over expanding without properly setting up current locations. The case loads get quite intense due to overly high turn over rate. Management does not listen to concerns. Pay is the lowest in the ABA field.

Pros

They guarantee hours unlike other ABA companies. Great environment. Rotating schedule - you have different clients every day in 3 hour blocks.

Cons

The pay is definitely low for the field. They say they have lower pay since they guarantee hours but they could at least pay their employees a livable wage.
