Pros

It started off as a great place to work. Friendly environment, great people. I loved my Director he was wonderful, and supportive.

Cons

To much uncertainty. They do not pay their people what they need. Some salaries were as low as $38,000.00 for IT???? Always conversations around outsourcing. To much ambiguity, and not honest top leadership.

Pros

The people I worked with were great. They were open and engaging and we worked well together. I loved the flexibility of working in the field, on job sites, meeting people, and changing their lives for the better. They also provided excellent benefits.

Cons

Maintaining student enrollment, maintaining quotas, cost of tuition was high for those who did not have employer reimbursement or financial aid options.
