      Excellent benefits and a wonderful working environment! University of Phoenix offers staff members a superb opportunity to participate in a dynamic higher education environment . Hundreds of thousands of university students are served by Apollo Group's highly effective andragogical facilitation model.

      Recent downsizing has made it necessary for staff to assume more and more of the responsibilities for diminishing compensation.

      Good at the beginning, has been going downhill in the last few years

      I've been able to work in multiple departments, get experience on a variety of systems, and have the opportunity to be a part of interesting projects.

      Cons

      The management in every department I've been part of has been pretty bad, with people being promoted based on seniority, with no training on how to actually manage others.
