      Pay is average. It depends on which department you work for. My boss was great and really took care his team. Got a chance to play with cutting edge technology. Lots of talented folks.

      Cons

      Reorgs multiple times. It sucks to see good people leave and bad people stay. Some departments sucks and others are great. It really depends on who you report to.

      Strong up to date insightful, encouraging management. Cutting edge administration years ahead of competitors which consistently encouraged employees to seek out opportunities to improve.

      Cons

      It is easy to over extend your efforts because the Mission is exciting and rewarding. You must pace yourself a little because you want to continue working later and later.
