The organization is forward thinking in terms of its student resources and there is a strong culture towards serving the student's best interests, so it is easy to feel good about the service offered.

Cons

There is a lack of communication regarding organizational direction. With the industry in flux employees are consistently concerned about job security. Given centralized processes there is a lack of ability for creative input from middle management.

Good people. Interesting company - adult higher education. Can be very interesting depending on the group / area you work in.

Cons

High turnover throughout 2013 and little backfill at the staff level. Plans need to be adjusted based on actual headcount. Personal relationships move most things forward with reorganizations happening very frequently.
