Pros

The majority of the people working at Apollo have the best interests of the students in mind, particularly those working at the local campuses. Benefit package is better than average, though not as good as it once was. Great coworkers in IT, though most of the good employees have left or are leaving.

Cons

No chance for advancement or career progression. Little to no chance for a merit raise even as an exceptional performer. Accreditation issues mean that you should NOT take a position with company now.

Pros

They offer good benefits and fair pay, for the most part. They usually make an effort to reward employees at least once a year with free food and entertainment for a few hours, which provided a good break.

Cons

The company lacks clear direction, poor management, and lack of accountability. Each manager seems to decide what to do with their team without using a division standard. It often had a negative affect if were partnered with a manager who doesn't perform well or isn't interested in being fair.
