      Pros

      Some nice friendly happy people. I like my co-workers

      Cons

      Call center like work place environment, too much upper management, hard to get promotions, weekend and late night work expected during busy times, talkers seem to get promoted versus the doers, no career path talks, not a good environment for creators or people who like to be empowered to make a difference. Very top down management style.

      Pros

      Good pay. Having a job is better than not having a job. Best IT personnel have left so there is real opportunity to have big impact.

      Cons

      All of the good programmers have left. Many left are on H1B and can't leave. Terrible idea to offshore with no apparent plan to succeed. Top management is terrible. No consistent direction. A big company that is run like mom and pop shop. Not a mature development organization. If you are in IT you can probably do a lot better.

      Pros

      Excellent vacation accrual and sick time. Employees can get a free education from University of Phoenix.

      Cons

      Poor leadership and dysfunctional structure of COEs. Company is under contract for buyout and movement towards long tern goals is stagnant. Bonuses haven't been reached in past 2 years and compensation is minimal.
