      Good pay, but toxic culture and layoffs

      Pros

      They offer unlimited leaves and good pay, but nothing much else.

      Cons

      The company used to be good, but it is deteriorating under new leadership. There is zero job security and continuous layoffs. The work culture is toxic and performance reviews are designed to find reasons to fire employees. The leadership and management are also toxic.

      As of 2026? NONE that I can think off.

      Cons

      - Quality Engineering Leadership is not upto the mark and very away from whats happening - 2 managers and reportees seems like an overkill seems like they need to clear the clutter - Work culture has gone for a toss and work is not recognised at all. - Appraisals were wonderful between 0-4% and now a lot of people are pushed against the wall

      * We value transparency here quite a lot. You can almost access any kind of data around how the company is doing, who is meeting who in different meetings * You're almost always given a go ahead whenever you want to explore things outside of your current team or domain. * My manager is one of the best and straight-up individual I've worked with.

      Cons

      * Sometimes the deadlines can be strict.
