      Unfair, unorganized and overly ambitious

      Pros

      Awesome product, an awesome company with lots of money, and looks good on a resume.

      Cons

      SDR team held up against irrational targets, no career path, no voice, no salary adjustments, micromanaged to the smallest bit. They let go of 90% of their international SDRs over the belief that US-based SDRs were better. It wasn't the case. Junior sales management.

      Haven't faced any problems, only problem is that we have late night meetings and for some reason Folks in the US get a preference and the meetings are always set US friendly timings.
