      Pros

      Amazing and talented team, beautiful office, flexible work hours. Good first job for talented people who want a sane work-life balance and grow with a company long-term, or for people trying to get a foot in the door. Employees are given a lot of responsibility and get to work on challenging projects from day one, which is great if you're looking for that. Lots of knowledge sharing and team work

      Cons

      The company is growing quickly and management is very tied up maintaining and managing new opportunities, which creates a bit of a disconnect between management and rest of the team. Some complain about not feeling appreciated or respected by managers.

      Pros

      It has a great workplace environment with many knowledgeable employees that is growing rapidly. They have free snacks and drinks. Events and lectures once every month. Everyone is friendly.

      Cons

      Not much to say. There can be a lot of work to do as the company will sometimes sign to build more apps than they have programmers for, but the work is always manageable and never too stressful

      Thank you for the positive feedback! We've been working hard to create a welcoming environment where co-workers supports each other and every opinion is heard and valued. The monthly company events, weekly company meetings, daily team stand-ups, and quarterly performance reviews are all aimed at helping promote that kind of culture so it's great to see that hard work translate into positive experiences for our employees! We'll also have to give props to our Sr. Designer Leonard Reese for taking the initiative to roll out our monthly lecture series. We agree that's been a great addition!
