Pros
Some of your co-workers are cool people and the office is in a good location… besides that the only pro I can think of is office snacks.
Cons
Place is a total disaster. They could not care less about their employees. They forced us back into the office 5 days a week in August 2020 without even asking how anyone felt about the global pandemic happening. They acted like the pandemic wasn’t even a thing and couldn’t of cared less if it made anyone feel uncomfortable. They severely underpay as well. No one in management takes anything you say seriously, and the only opportunity for growth is if your manager quits. The office is a crappy, dark room filled with people who don’t want to be there. I would NEVER recommend this place to a friend.
