Pros

I work in AppCard for about a year now as a tech support eng. I get to learn a lot and work with really strong people. The work is busy and demanding and sometimes crazy hours but over all my experience is really good and I think it is a good platform to learn and extend your knowledge and experience dealing with customers and tech issues

Pros

Regimented days is a plus when you do IT support. A lot of proactive reaching out when we see a problem light go on but still have a bunch of one offs everyday. In my past IT job it was a lot of putting out fires so this is a nice change. Team is good and welcoming, a few have been here a while so it made it easy to learn. Not a lot of turn over which I like but i would like to have new ideas coming in so a pro and a con I guess.

Cons

Sometimes you are on calls until 6:00pm or so which they do let you make up with coming in late the next day but hard to plan around.
