Stay away if you like getting paid for work

Pros

None that really matter. Snacks available in office. No official time clock but someone is always watching. They offer decent benefits but you can get the same or better elsewhere. They promise the world and give nothing, make sure you get everything they offer you in writing otherwise it did not happen.

Cons

Prepare for unrealistic goals, chasing management for payment, and covering your behind so the mistakes of upper management do not get placed on you. Retailition if you ask for fair wage, I was actually emailed resumes for my own job to review when I asked to be paid for my overtime hours, this was after being owed close to 200 hours. I had to call an attorney, their payroll company, and the Dept of Labor to get a resolution.

Massive Mistreatment

Pros

Find a pro about this company is truly hard. They pretend to allow autonomy and engage employee suggestion but unless you are a member of their back end team, no one is actually afforded either of those commodities.

Cons

This could take a while. There is a glaring level is disrespect from management and the "inside circle" towards the remainder of the staff. Even employee's within their first weeks quickly pick up the clear lack of respect shown to employees. Organizationally this place is a disaster. There is nearly no set process to anything and suggestion to change or alter workflow are shot down almost immediately. The power to make any decision or effect any change are held strictly with the department heads, all of whom are remarkably uninterested in anything their team has to say. Certain members in particular are so incredulous to the fact that something is wrong that they will attempt to punish any and all that suggest otherwise. The is an overwhelming sense of dissatisfaction among the staff. Remarkably low pay, long hours, no perk and a crushing sense of overworked and unappreciated leave most of the staff feeling disillusioned within days of starting. Beyond that staff members routinely warn new members of the company perils and mostly seem to commiserate on their attempts to leave the company. This is very honestly one of the poorest cooperate cultures I have ever seen. The exception is that employees stay anywhere between 9 and 11 hours a day and any shirking of these hours, while officially listed no where, results in sideways glances and a constant sense of uneasiness from management. Working here should be avoided at all cost.

Pros

It was a pay check. That is about the only "pro" I can give this place.

Cons

Where do I begin to start? All new hires in sales were promised company shares but this never happened. Turnover was unbelievably high. The average was over 1 firing or other sort of departure each month. You're lead to believe the product will sell itself but you can't give it away to management. 5pm meetings every Friday. Abusive upper management...it's amazing what one person in particular got away with. Some people would have to come up with "medical emergencies" just to evade management and take vacation due to the favorites getting special treatment. Departments do not communicate with each other so it's very awkward. You get a large sense of entitlement from the AMs and certain others. Only come here if you're desperate.
