Pros

- Some of the stack is great and cutting edge - Lots of new stuff to learn.

Cons

- Disorganized - Not much of knowledge handover to juniors - CI/CD is really poor - Bad habits of code realeses, no tests whatsoever etc. - Code is only manually QAed before release - Managment are not supportive of the developers - No respect to the staff feelings regarding COVID or whatsoever, forced back to the offices the minute the quarantine was over. - Not open AT ALL for work from home - Poor location of the offices, very hard to reach by public transportation and even by car - No perks in the office - Low salary's - any discussion with HR is hell, be it salary or anything else really.

Pros

If you can put a sentence together, you can do well during the interview and get the job since little else is considered. Do not look too smart because you will make interviewers feel threaten just be able to articulate a thought.

Cons

Ego driven upper managers with little strategic skills. Management will make decisions on a hunch without any real data to support it and then rush into damage control when things don't work as expected. You will absolutely pay the price by being fired (or as they call it, 'put on an improvement plan' which is designed to be a legal protection before they fire you), pressure into making unfair numbers of sales, or guilt treated into working weeks. Do not expect training, mentorship, or recognition for your work. If you work hard you will get exploited. If you try to speak up about areas of the company that clearly need improvements, you will be tagged as a trouble maker. And more importantly, do not mistake the "Friday's One-on-One Meeting" as an attempt to improve communication as it is a sneaky way to manipulate your needs/goals/personality so you stay on your hampster wheel. Sales Managers are less than qualified and very junior professionals that just happen to be good at withstanding taking it. Best case scenario, you are good at what you do and good at taking it so after you threaten them to leave they give you a fancier, yet meaningless, title with a mediocre salary pump to get you to stay.
