Pros

My colleagues are the best. Everyone is willing to help each other and the work is rewarding. You learn a lot of new technical skills quickly that are very useful for any technical customer success or support role in the start up/fast growth industry.

Cons

The job is not easy. The bell curve for being able to function almost independently is 3 months. However, i love a challenge and really thrived in this environment. The pay and benefits are below industry standard and PTO isn't great. Those are my only two problems with this job

Pros

There is opp. to learn a lot of new skills. You get to talk to potential clients non stop, set calls and get paid on leads.

Cons

need to be on the phone most of the day

Pros

Very tight knit group of colleagues, really work well together which you need to given the work. For me I enjoy this and we bond quite a bit over the clients we work with. Pay is good but bonuses are better. These were just implemented this year but I cannot imagine doing the job without a bonus, just to fast paced. Other departments are great to work with. There were issues in the past but I wasnt here for those.

Cons

Too Many accounts coming our way and we dont seem to know how to hire fast enough. I think management is being pretty picky which seems to work as we ahve low employee turn over but it means the rest of us are bogged down. This is getting better with each new person but for the love of god hire faster.
