There are a lot of fun small perks such as lunch-time workout classes, happy hours, snacks, etc., but the true benefit of working here is the experience you will gain by soaking up all of the knowledge available to you. It truly is an education, it has given me exposure to see how a successful company runs and how key decisions are made.
