Poor communication of expectations from the top down Unrealistic expectations to be exceeding expectations "unlimited PTO" combined with reactive hiring leads to large backlog Lack of open communication regarding performance

It is evident that there exists a form of favoritism at some level, as numerous individuals with exceptional skills in their respective fields were ultimately subjected to mistreatment. This mistreatment was attributed to individuals in leadership positions who lacked the requisite qualifications and expertise to hold such positions.
