Amazing opportunities for career growth and company growth Amazing opportunities to change the game using AI in business processes Great culture where everyone is a team player, we all collaborate together and work hard Senior Leadership is transparent No hassles/drama as you would normally find in larger corporate companies Outstanding rewards and benefits for employees

Cons

Depending on your viewpoint , there is tons of work do be done because we are a start up that is growing fast, so work/life balance can be a challenge to manage at times.

Pros

Still a very young company where you can help shape the product and help take it to the next level. Very fun, energetic, smart group of people that know what they are doing.

Cons

- Not your 9-5 job which is a normal "start up vibe". - Not a lot of process in place today however that opens opportunity to build one

Pros

We are growing incredibly fast. Within 3 months, I have 30 or so new coworkers! In addition our customer count is growing just as fast if not faster. This amount of growth gives us the opportunity to take on projects that enhance our professional careers faster than anywhere I have seen. I joined because I want to help build a company from the ground up. That requires a lot of long hours and dedication. The team makes the long hours worth it! I am happy to come into work every day and work with equally determined teammates.

Cons

Like others have mentioned, this is a pro and a con but candidates should consider it before joining.. there is alot of work to be done. We are still very much in startup mode climbing the mountain. That means long hours. If you are looking for a 8am-5pm routine, this is not the place for you yet. If you are eager to get your hands dirty and put in the effort, this could be a truly rewarding opportunity for you.
