Pros

With the current CEO/COO/CNO there are none.

Cons

This company is all about how much money they can make. They do not care about the staff members, patients, or community members. They do not care that nurses are asked to risk their licenses due to unsafe practice, in fact the executive administration pushes for it. They do not care that the nurses have not had the appropriate training when it comes to life saving machines. There is no accountability when it comes to lack of performance. You get paid the same to put in minimal effort vs going above and beyond. They do not care about loyalty, even though they promote it. They only want people that are 'YES MEN/WOMEN' and will find a way to get rid of you if you're not. They like to play ALL sides of the dice and tell you one thing while promising everyone else something different. Thry do not care about thr work/life balance either, they want ARH to be your first priority. By far one of the worst places to work if you actually care about patients or the community.
