Pros

Co workers are like family

Cons

Micro management. Last minute issues due failure to plan/inform by management. No clear processes/procedures. Everyone does their own thing. I see substandard care every day. Pay is much lower than competitors. Health insurance network includes ARH facilities only.

Pros

The benefits package is the best around. The pay isn’t bad for the area

Cons

Constant change in leadership personnel. No clear values or standard set, always changing. It would be ran better if they would pick a prerogative and stick to it.
