Great staff, wonderful patients. Teamwork is a pro aspect. Offers great services to the community, yet poor physician care.

Cons

Poor Salary and Benefits. Poor work load. Management is not about what is best for the patient. Money driven, yet staff is not compensated.

Nice community of nurses, who work together well as a team. Insurance is wonderful. Very understanding management.

Cons

Have a hard time keeping new people because of union contracts and lower pay scale for them. But if you can make it 8 years you can make decent money.
